Pachyrhizus toxicity: Genetic variability of mature and immature seeds and its effects on Sclerotium rolfsii and Ralstonia solanacearum

Pachyrhizus seeds-induced toxicity is very well-known to have developed in humans, fishes, insects, and some micro-organisms. Yet, there a paucity of studies addressing it their germplasm, as well its effects on phytopathogens. This work aimed assess the genetic variability determine extract Sclerotium rolfsii Ralstonia solanacearum vitro. In findings, was shown only diversity immature seeds. Its mature seeds high not detected. There toxic effect S. R. solanacearum.  determined that most dose 1: 1000 with P40 genotype. It decreased mycelial growth by 72% following 5 days. 1:200 reduced bacterial multiplication 57% between 24 48 h. Key words: extract, variability, toxicity, rolfsii, solanacearum.
